The process to (pre-)register students to vote is relatively simple:
Hand out to students:
• A blank Voter Registration Form
• The instruction sheet
Collection
• Collect the filled Voter Registration Forms from students.
• If it is unsealed (not glued closed), ask the student to seal it.
• Give the student an "I registered" sticker.
• Store the filled Voter Registration Form in the locking bag/box.
Submit
Submit the filled Voter Registration Forms to the local election authority (board of elections). It's probably best to hand deliver them, though it may be possible to place them in a drop-box or to mail them in.
